Madan Mohan Temple in Bankura of Bishnupur in West Bengal is a masterpiece of Ekaratna style built by King Durjana Singh in 1694. The temple has a flat-roofed building with carved cornices, prevailed over by the apex. The scenes from Ramayana, Mahabharata, and the Puranas are beautifully depicted on the walls of the temple.
