"Vijay Stambh or the Victory Tower built by MaharanaKumbha in 1448 A.D is one of the important monuments which no visitor can overlook. This nine-storey structure illustrates the architectural style of ancient India. It has quite edifying inscriptions of Hindu gods and goddesses from Puranas and Mahabharata. The edifice commemorates Maharana Kumbha's victory over Sultan Mahmood of Malwa whom he kept as a prisoner in Chittorgarh in 1437. "

"Two Words - Just Amazing. If you say that this piece of architecture can compete the Qutub Minar, I even might agree with you."

"Tall huge minaret in the middle of Chittorgarh Fort. You can go inside the minaret but it remains crowded generally. Be wary of the stink though, so typical of closed ancient monuments nested by birds."
