If you are a skilled person and want skiing in the rest of the month till middle march then you can choose the Madhatop which is 5 kilometers far from the Patnitop and has 500 meters slope. There is one more place where snowy weather is sustain till mid-April named as Nathatop which is located just 4 kilometers down in the same road.
