The Sariska Palace in Sariska

In the 19th century, the Sariska Palace was built by the Maharaja of Alwar as a royal hunting lodge. Once that had been the palace of the Royalty, Sariska Palace today serves as a heritage hotel to offer the medieval luxury to the modern travelers. The hotel is spread over 120 acres of lush greenery. Its stunning interiors exhibit a fine blend of French and regal architecture.

"Good hotel. 5 star. Well - maintained. Located in a very big area. Beautiful architecture. Hotel contains some old pictures of colonial period."

"This place offers decadence on a budget. Amazing food, large spacious & comfortable rooms and a polite staff are the positives. The spa is temporarily shut down which is a pity because it was really good. Lighting, library & sport activities can be improved though. Overall, really nice experience. "

"Beautiful serene palace with vast open has simple architecture , an ideal quiet getaway from the hustle bustle of daily routine. Stay is comfortable, spacious rooms and suites but unfortunately service is too slow and disorganised."

"It was an amazing experience in this hotel or rather palace. The service was too good. The whole staff was very good and the quality and very of food was good. Other facilities like swimming, badminton, football , cards etc. also available. There are lots and lots of gardens . There was a DJ arranged for the entertainment in the night which we enjoyed a lot. Thanks Sariska Palace for completing or trip to Sariska National Park."

"The property is huge and beautiful. It is located right opposite to the forest office where you can buy the tickets and enter the jungle. The best thing in the property is the large, beautiful swimming pool. We spent most of our time there. The people are very good and polite and always ready at your service. But the reality is: it is very poorly managed. The property is extremely old and now demands renovation. The doors are old and do not shut properly. There are holes in the basin. Chairs in the restaurant are very old. The vents of the AC were broken. There was no TV in the room. The size of the bathrooms are equal to the size of the room- very huge. But the bath fittings are old. The bucket and mug was extremely dirty and black. They are trying to renovate the property by only just painting. The food served was quite great. The variety and the taste, both were amazing. Try to bargain the price. They are trying to re-launch the hotel."
