Pench Tiger Reserve is famous wildlife watching park situated on the border of Madhya Pradesh & Maharashtra states. This forest area is spread over Satpura hills of Central India. Due to presence of Pench river in this forest, its name is Pench National Park. This jungle is also called the playground of Mowgli or Mogli, the famous character of Rudyard’s classic “The Jungle Book”.

Jeep Safari in Pench National Park is the only way to explore the beauty and the wildness of the Park. For purposes of tourism, there are two main gates on the MP side of Pench Tiger Reserve. The gate that is mostly used is the Turia gate. Open jeep safaris are allowed from each of the gates twice in a day, with a fixed quota for each gate, for each schedule.The Bengal tiger is the main cat species of the park present in good numbers but since last one year due to 6 new born cubs their sightings have increased and being sighted almost everyday.
