India is surely a huge land to travel, it has wide range of topology, extremely dense diversity and with that it has the unique flavor of travelling. I will add the best of the destination that I know and the places you must add to your bucket list and see them before you grow old.

North India

Leh/Ladakh – The land of high passes, is among the most extreme and serene place of India. Many Indians started to feel it is overrated but still indeed it has preserved its beauty and kept it top spot as favorite Indian destination.



Himachal Treks – The land of gods has the treacherous trails and those hard climb will lead you to the best view. Some popular Himachal Treks are – Triund trekking, Kheerganga, Kareri, Bhrigu Lake, Hampta Pass.



Spiti Valley – The only possible way to reach here is a road trip. If you choose to travel along, this would be an unmatched road trip experience.

South India

Andaman and Nicobars – The coral reefs and water sports makes this places a heaven for sea and beach lovers. Disconnected from the mainland India, this place a different culture altogether. Not only you will enjoy breathtaking beaches but also a new native delicacies.



Kerala – Welcome to God’s own country. Covered with the tropical forests, waterfalls and beautiful backwaters. This place has all the reasons to be called as God’s own country.

West India

Goa – The party capital of India. Right the Konkan Coast of India, there is this place, all about Sun, Sand and Surf. It hosts the best new year parties on its magical beaches. You must also try these offbeat things in Goa



Western Ghats – The enchanting beauty of Western ghats, influenced UNESCO as well, to declare as one of the World heritage sites. It does have those light treks, waterfalls and green forests that would be delight for nature lovers.

North East of India

Tawang – Home of the largest Tibetan Monastery of India. This place is situated at some of the remote areas of Arunachal Pradesh. The conditions here are extreme too, with limited supply of resources but all is secondary to the beauty of this place.



Meghalaya – The Abode of clouds, the small Indian state has some of the world’s wonder in it. Be it the Double decker root bridges, wettest places on the Earth and cleanest Indian village. There are amazing home stays for the travellers coming here.
