Secondary prayer halls are situated on either side of the main garden. One can get a stunning view of the Kangra valley from the monastery. The complex also has a craft emporium where Tibetan handicrafts are up for sale.

However, physically fit people can try hiking up to the temple. The temple is located at a vantage point, from where the view of the Dhauladhar range, the valley and the rural human settlements is simply spectacular.
