(Kalsubai Peak Night Trek)

Kalsubai Peak is the Highest Peak of the Sahyadris (1646 M) in Maharashtra. Kalsubai Temple is Located at the Top most peak of Sahyadri Mountain Range Of Maharashtra. The peak is often referred to as the ‘Everest of Maharashtra’ . To reach the summit there are various trekking routes and animal tracks. The main route starts from the village of Bari which is about six km from Bhandardara.

Itinerary / Tour Plan

Your night trek to the highest peak of Sahyadri Ranges – Kalsubai Peak. The trek will start from Bari Village, it is small village near Mumbai-Nasik highway.

You can choose the pickup point as Kasara or Bhandardara. Reach Kasara via a fast train from CSTM by 06:25 PM.

After a quick briefing at, we will travel to the base village of Bari via private transport.

Begin trekking at around 12:30 AM, reach atop by 03:00 AM. Enjoy the night beauty of this serene place.

Wake up early, post breakfast begin descending at around 11:00 AM. Reach base village by 01:30 PM.

Embark on your return journey to Mumbai by 03:00PM. Reach home by 06:00 Pm as your experience ends here.

Good team, but all of them are too lenient on late comers….we had a great time, but were late by 4 hours at starting point itself and that resulted in our trek to Triund to start late afternoon instead of morning. Otherwise, very friendly n cooperative team and fun to travel with. Packages are quite competitively priced. All the best, will definitely join TDG for another trip in near future.

Bhandara district is a district around central India. The district headquarters are located at Bhandara. It is lovingly called as the ‘District of Lakes’. Bhandara town is also known as ‘Brass City’ owing to the presence of a large brass products industry. The entire region is surrounded by the hills, rivers and dams, and other natural resources. Tourism in Bhandara district comprises visiting a number of places of both religious significance as well as leisure activities. There are ancient sites, such as the Ambagad fort built in 1700 AD or the village of Brahmi or one can travel to Andhalgaon, famous for the weaving industry here especially the Kosa cloth. When looking for rest and relaxation, the places that Bhandara has to offer its tourists are places like Rawanwadi, Koka etc. which are full of scenic beauty.
