Apart from the beaches to visit in Diu, the place which must be paid a visit is Diu Museum. Diu Museum is one of the most visited places in Diu. This museum was once a beautiful white church, which was known as the St. Thomas Church. This church was converted into an archaeological museum in 1992 and involves various stone inscriptions, antique statues, idols, and carvings.

The spectacular multicolored fountains and lighting on the building in evening are the eye-catching views in the Diu Museum. The treasures of the Museum connects the past with the present and takes us back into the time when Diu was under the rule of Portuguese. The Museum also contains several religious statues in its premises. Do have a look at the enchanting collection of the statues of Catholic saints. The Museum is worth paying a visit.
