A beautiful small village situated at the ridge surrounded by the pine trees. The village is also the basecamp from the Prashar Lake trek. The trail starts from the ridge and continues to the forest and meadows.

It does have guest house kind of hotels, which is good enough for your night stay. You can fill your supplies for the trek here from local shops. You can reach here by road, also public buses are available at day time.
