Itinerary / Tour Plan
Day 1
Arrival at Dhanaulti, relax and enjoy views with evening tea. Enjoy Flying fox activity at the camps only (if time permits otherwise, it can be done next day morning). Dinner at the campsite (Veg/Non-Veg) after bonfire and snacks. Overnight stay in the alpine tents.Note: Alpine do not have attached washrooms.
Day 2
Departure after breakfast.Note: You can extend the stay, if you want to visit Tehri Lake for Water Sports Adventures and come back to stay at Sarvodaya Hills Camps.
Activities in Camping
Moonlight Trails: Moonlight Trail is also known as night hiking. One can explore the deep pine forests and Himalayan wilderness at night with guide ,torch & hot soup while staying at Camp Kanatal Dhanaulti
Rappelling: Rappelling is the opposite activity of Rock Climbing. Rappelling is also known as Abseiling, and one has to get down from top of rock .
Trekking: One can try climbing to Surkanda Devi trek (10,000 feet above sea level) via the Jungle route or via Kaudiya Trek located very near to Camp Kanatal Dhanaulti.
Rock Climbing: Rock Climbing is very good physical & mental fitness activity and one has to clib on rock with help of rope and support.
Mountain Biking: Guest can explore the magical Himalayan mountains ,countryside on paddle on the slopes and Jungle tracks ( Subject to availability )
Golf: Try your hand on Golf skills, over the mini/portable Putting Greens.( Subject to Availability )
Bar Be Que: Do-It-Yourself – in its true sense. Camp Kanatal Dhanaulti has arrangements for open sky Bar Be Que in lap of Oak Trees.
Archery: Archery is the art of propelling arrows with the use of a bow. Archery has historically been used for hunting and combat; in modern times, however, its main use is that of a recreational activity. One can practices archery at Our camp near Dhanaulti
Dunking: One can practice the Basketball Dunking skills .( Subject to Availability )
Bonfire: One of the main highlights of Camp Kanatal Dhanaulti is its Bonfire Zone. Between month of September and December one can witness the rare phenomenon of Moon Rise from here.
Sheesha Lounging: One can try some of the exotic fruit flavors over your next camping holiday near Dhanaulti at Camp Kanatal.
Hammocking: If you really want to enjoy blue camping in Himalayas then Do nothing ,Just laze around on a hammock, trying your fingers at a string or two of a Guitar or gazing at the Himalayas, you will have awesome experience of staying at Camp Kanatal Dhanaulti.
Snow Camping: We organize snow camping in December last to Feb last ( Subject to availability)
Sightseeing of Tehri Dam: One can visit Asia’s Largest Dam and the India’s pride Tehri Dam, and witness the largest lake in Asia (about 32 kms long & 8 Kms deep), Tehri Dam is located 32 Kms from Camp Kanatal Dhanaulti.
Sightseeing Dhanolti and Mussoorie: One can visit the Eco Park at Dhanolti / Dhanaulti. Nice place for the whole family to spend an afternoon. One can also consider going to Mussoorie to spend an afternoon and visiting some of the interesting tourist spots in the Queen of Hills like Kempty Falls, Gun Hill etc.

About the place
It comes as a pleasant surprise for the enthusiastic weekend travelers, who find it peaceful, relaxed and laid-back. It’s a never had experience altogether. Hill stations have always been a paradise for nature lovers. Dhanaulti is one of them, situated about 24 km off Mussoorie, which is a haven for the trekking enthusiasts and weekend travelers alike. Serving as the base station for several treks into the mighty Himalayas, Dhanaulti is the major passage to the Tehri region of Garhwal. Traversing through the dense alpine forests, the path of the trek leads to Chandrabadni, Kunjapuri, the three sacred Shaktipeeths of the holy Devi Darshan triangle and Surkanda Devi. The mesmerizing view of the Himalayan peaks makes Dhanaulti an enticing destination for the tourists.
