Korigad is a beautiful fort situated around 20km from Lonavala. Korigad is a visual spectacle crafted on an isolated hill. Rich in its historical fables, this fort stood as a testimony of wars when Chhatrapati Shivaji captured it and annexed with his kingdom in 1657. The best part of this trek is you can do this in night also.
Itinerary / Tour Plan
08:30 am – With warm welcome and introductions. We will depart from Lonavala for Korigad fort via a private vehicle/ST bus.Â
09:45 am – We will reach the base village, Peth Shahapur
10:30 am –  Will start ascending towards on Korigad Fort after nourishing breakfast. With briefing session, we will continue our climb.  It’s an hour’s easy climb and once we are at the top, we are going to be greeted by scenic mountain tops and beautiful sights of Aamby Valley, Lonavala from the top. Â
11:30 am –  After reaching the Top, take your time and relax. Have a chit chat with your new trek buddies. Enjoy the lake, explore the surrounding, click pictures. Let the clear weather and scenic surroundings sink in. Have lunch with us.Â
03:30 pm – We will start our descent towards  Peth Shahapur
05:00 pm – Will proceed back towards Lonavala via private jeep/ST busÂ
06:00 pm – With goodbye and good memories. we bid a goodbye to you at LonavalaÂ
