"Not yet so crowded. Nice to go round, and if you like jogging, this is a good place too. Claim to top of the monument and you will see what Vientiane has to offer. With more maintenance this place could a more lovely. "

"Nice monument even it's not well maintained. It reminds me the Arc de Triomphe in Paris and also the surroundings is similar. It' s surrounded by park with some fountains. The view from the top could be nice."
