                            Inside the fort walls is a maze – like, interconnecting treasure trove of seven beautiful yellow sandstone, the temple was established around 15th and 16th century. These temples are built in the Dilwara style that is famous all over the world for its architecture. Like all other structures in Jaisalmer, these temples are carved of yellow sandstones. The beautifully carved decorations on the wall will give you divine peace. On the walls of the temples, you can find animal & human figures. Chandraprabhu is the first temple when you enter; it was built in 1509 with fine features and sculptures in the mandapas. The sculpted pillars form a series of torans. To the right of Chandraprabhu temple is the tranquil Rishabhdev temple with pillars beautifully sculpted with apsaras and gods. There are two remaining temples Shantinath and Kunthunath which feature plenty of sensual cravings. Visit temple according to time as it change frequently.

                            Nathmal Ji ki haveli was built to serve the residence requirement of Diwan Mohata Nathmal, the then Prime Minister of Jaisalmer. There is an interesting story behind the construction of this Haveli, it is said that the two brothers commenced building different facets of Haveli simultaneously. In those days there were no tools to measure the continuity of the work so the output of the Haveli finally landed up to the irregular shape. This Haveli till date is considered the best in Jaisalmer in terms of magnificent. There are various minute details which are worthy of appreciation like there are two Elephants made of yellow stone it is put in front of the gate so that it appears as if they are guarding the Haveli. The interesting part of the Haveli is the drawing of modern amenities like cars, fans etc. These beautiful things make this Haveli different from other haveli which are present in Jaisalmer.

The main part of the park is in a landscape which consists of lake bed of extinct salt lakes and thorny scrubs and it is the wonder to see how these living organisms live under this harsh condition. Each section of the museum displays the remnants of different category like paintings, hairstyles, jewellery, outfits and also photograph. Other than this there are many other artifacts which relate to Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer Folklore museum is open all days of the week between 8 am to 6 pm.

The sanctuary is found near India- Pakistan border and visitors are not permitted to go past this temple. Tanot Mata temple remains untouched by overwhelming shelling by Pakistan in Indo-Pak war of 1971. The temple is located at 150km from Jaisalmer City. According to Charan writing, Tanot Mata is the new clone of awesome goddess Hinglaj Mata after that Tanot Mata progressed and has become Karni Mata. Tanot Mata is accepted as the incarnation of Goddess Hinglaj which is situated in Lasvela region of Baluchistan. And one of the interesting parts of the temple is that the bombs which were shed by Pakistan in the war did not harm the temple at all because of the Goddess Tanot divine power and now you can find these unexploded bombs in Tanot Mata temple museum.
