Golghar or Gol Ghar of Patna is one of the most historical and recognizable monuments of Patna located near the famous Gandhi Maidan of Patna. The beehive shaped structure and the circular steps make this monument unique in the whole country. Golghar is famous for offering the panoramic view of the whole Patna. Gol Ghar, Patna is more than 300 years old and the building has gone through many renovations and restorations. Golghar offers a picturesque view of the modern city of Green Patna. From the top, you can see the beautiful aroma of the city with huge buildings and number of flyovers. On the other side, you can see the famous Bicoman Bhawan of Patna and the bank of River Ganga. The premises has been now built up into a beautiful garden and playground. The place holds sound and light shows in the evening and adds a special charm to the place. Patna Museum locally called as Jadu Ghar of Patna is unarguably one of the most well-maintained museums in the country. The Patna Museum is more than 90 years old and houses a splendid and exquisite collection of artifacts, sculptures, coins, instruments, bronze statue of Buddha, thankas belonging to the era of Gupta, Sunga, Kushan, Mughals and also Britishers. The splendid museum is built in the Rajput and Mughal style of architecture and the building seems to be a royal palace from outside. The museum of Patna has some of the collections that are found nowhere else in the world. The museum is a two-storied building. The museum is also an abode to the cannon of First World War. The major attraction of Patna Museum is the long fossil of a tree ‘Yakshini’ that is 200 million years and is considered as the longest fossilized tree in the whole world. Takht Sri Patna Sahib is one of the most sacred places for Sikhs. It is one of the 5 Takhtss of Sikhism. Takht Sri Harmandir Sahib Ji is a beautiful Gurudwara situated at a distance of 20 kilometers from Patna. The Gurudwara was built in the remembrance of the birthplace of Guru Govind Singh Ji, the 10th and the last Guru of Sikh community. The Patna Sahib Gurudwara is built beautifully in the Sikh style of architecture. The Gurudwara of Patna city also houses a museum where some relics of Guru Govind Singh Ji are preserved. The museum houses the gilded cradle used by Guru Govind Singh Ji. It also displays iron arrows, sacred sword and sandals, swing and Sikh paintings, small iron kanda, earthen goli and a wooden comb used by him. The 350th birth centenary of Guru Govind Singh Ji was celebrated in January 2017 which witnessed more than lakhs of Sikh devotees from all over the globe. The Government of Bihar and Gurudwara committee worked day and night to make the necessary arrangements of free accommodation, transport and langar. A temporary tent city spanning over 75 acres was set up for this.

Mahavir Mandir, Patna also known as the Hanuman Mandir is one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Hanuman. It is one of the most prominent well-renowned temples of Hanuman in India. Buddha Smriti Park, A beautiful multipurpose park has been developed by the Government to commemorate the 2554th birth anniversary of the Lord Buddha. His Holiness Dalai Lama inaugurated the park on 27th May 2010. The most eye catching attraction of the park is the 200 feet high Stupa. The dome rises high in the sky and provides a magnificent view of the park. The Stupa contains the relics of Buddha, secured in a glass enclosure. The Stupa is named as Pataliputra Karuna Stupa.
