Tulyan Lake, located above Pahalgam at 11,000ft is a fairly tough day hike, but the scenery and the lake itself make it worth the effort. The lake is very much beautiful and is in 8 shape. Tulian Lake expedition is an ideal way to experience the charm of Kashmir valley.

The valley lies to the northeast of Pahalgam, in the middle of Pahalgam and Chandanwadi, and is characterised by lush green meadows and snow clad mountains. Betaab Valley is an immensely popular tourist destination, besides being a favourite stop for camp travellers and those looking to trek and explore the mountains further.
Aru Valley is a pristine scenic village situated in the region of Trans-Himalaya. Clear blue canopy over the head, misty surroundings, whispers of the native pines and conifer forests and beautiful meadows create a captivating diorama for travellers thronging the place.
Trek to Tulian Lake
It is a 15km trek from Pahalgam. Tulian Lake expedition is an ideal way to experience the charm of Kashmir valley. First few kilometers will be really easy to hike but then it will get little difficult especially last 1 km but the scenic beauty and peace you will get after reaching is worth for your efforts. You will enjoy the blue water lake with white snow on mountains behind it. We would suggest hiring a guide before starting the expedition as the trail goes through dense forests.
