"A place of historical importance and the visit to this place can motivate anyone to achieve anything in life. This is the rock where Swami Vivekanda meditated for 3 days in 1892 before he left for the religious conference in Chicago in 1893"

"People have to see this place in there life time. Here you see 1. Vivekananda Rock Memorial (You have to reach there by boat from the shore.) 2. Thiruvaluvar statue (Near to vivekananda Rock) 3. Tip of India, where you can see Three oceans (Indian ocean, Arabian sea, Bay of Bengal) meeting each other. Enjoy the holiday. Be happy."

The Thiruvalluvar Statue is a 133 feet (40.6 m) tall stone sculpture of the Tamil poet and philosopher Tiruvalluvar, author of the Thirukkural. Suchindram Thanumalayan Temple

Suchindram is famous for the Thanumalaya Perumal temple which is also called Suchindram Anjaneyar Temple. Known for its sculptural grandeur the temple has a majestic seven-storeyed white Gopuram which is visible from quite a distance. The Hanuman statue in Suchindram was buried in 1740 AD fearing an attack by the Tipu Sultan and was forgotten. It was rediscovered in 1930 and restored for public viewing.
